Our newest space is *in the works*, and we can’t wait to give our neighbors and friends a glimpse into our behind the scenes progress on their sure-to-be favorite neighborhood hangout coming Fall 2023.

Every other week, The Team at The GDBS and The Chicory House is hosting a Summer Dinner that features a thematic three-course prix fixe dinner (with optional pairings!) from visiting Chef Clare Leavy* and our food, beverage, and construction partners!

Enjoy some delicious food, check out the new bathrooms, join the Scotch Tasting Committee (it’s going to be a real thing, promise!), or just come for a mid-week hangout with your neighbors at The Rink.

Peruvian Causas Rellenas

Molded layers of creamy gold potato dough stuffed with Gulf Crab salad & sliced avocado. Served chilled with aioli, botija olives, boiled egg & chives.
